The location was good, so close to the centre of Volos, and gardens in an area which is quite extra-urban and close to motorways and airport. Had brunch in the Grappa Vino, located nearby. I had excellent days staying at this old-fashioned hotel.

Charming character in the heart of Volos
The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the port and vibrant city life. The staff's cute service and quaint charm.
The street noise was quite noticeable, especially in the morning.

I was delighted to be welcomed into this loud, chaotic lodging. The shower was so cramped, I was like I was wrestling an octopus, and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. After enduring all that, I humbly expected a complimentary gesture, but alas, nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Rooms facing the main street are noisy!!! The bathrooms are so cramped that showering feels like a wrestling match with the wall!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues certainly need attention too!!!

Could this be the unicorn we're all looking for?
The hotel enjoys a prime location near transportation hubs with friendly staff available around the clock. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room , made unwinding after exploring a delight.
Although the vibrant area is lively, it comes with street noise that can be disruptive at night. Pair that with the room's compact size, and it's clear there are some comfort trade-offs.

Centrally located, this budget-friendly option offers a good experience with super clean accommodations and a genuinely friendly staff. The compact room may feel cramped, especially with a minuscule bathroom, but the comfort of the bed surpasses expectations. Proximity to the port and local eateries enhances the convenience for solo travelers looking to explore without stress.

I stayed at argo for one night and was kinda surprised! The triple room had a nice balcony with a view of the street, but thanks to the double glazing, traffic noise was minimal. The friendly receptionist even helped me carry my suitcase upstairs.

This is a lovely place with a charming atmosphere. The overnight staff even made me boiled water for my thermos at 3 AM! Plus, they have a nice lounge area and a cozy reading nook to unwind. Just keep in mind that the bathroom is a bit cramped, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 😊
